Reception & Admin Team
Wendy is our longest standing receptionist having worked at Bicester Vets since 1977.
She works some Saturday mornings and occasionally covers reception in the evenings. Wendy loves coming in to see all the clients, many of whom she has known for many years.
Laura started working full time as a receptionist in 2006. Now working part time she still loves the challenge of her job and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.
Sue joined us at Bicester Vets in 2010 and enjoys working in a busy environment. Sue enjoys helping a large number of our insured clients as she processes many of their insurance claims.
Alison started working as a receptionist in 2013. She enjoys helping and supporting clients and their pets through good and bad times.
Lindsey has been a client of Bicester Vets for a long time and started working here in June 2015.
She enjoys the variety of her job, and is always keen to greet our lovely clients and their pets.
Jackie joined the practice in November 2015 and enjoys interacting with the clients and their pets.
Working full time she is always keen to learn new tasks and meet new clients.
Lucy started working at Bicester Vets in 2016. Lucy loves all animals and has a degree in equine sports science. She especially likes all the cuddles she has with clients pets.
Accounts & Book keeping
Helen has been a valued member of our team for some years. Amongst her many duties are payroll, vat and supplier accounts.
HR & Finance
Kath started working at Bicester Vets in 2015 as an Admin assistant. She is enjoying the challenge of her new position as HR & Finance Officer. She is usually your first point of contact for any billing queries.
Support Team Manager
Julie started working here as a receptionist in 2013, the experience she gained on the front desk helped when she changed roles in 2016. She relishes new challenges and enjoys the diversity of her job.
We welcomed Fiona to the receptionist team in August 2017. We were fortunate that Fiona was relocating to Bicester as she was already working as a veterinary receptionist.
Learning the receptionist role can be quite daunting, but Fiona’s previous experience and friendly manner has meant that she was soon able to assist our lovely clients and their pets.
Jenny Mould joined our team in March 2018.
Having previously worked in a small veterinary practice, she is now enjoying the challenges of working in a bigger and busier team. Jenny enjoys interacting with all the clients and their pets.
