Reception & Admin Team
Wendy is our longest standing receptionist having worked at Bicester Vets since 1977.
She works some Saturday mornings and occasionally covers reception in the evenings. Wendy loves coming in to see all the clients, many of whom she has known for many years.
Sue joined us at Bicester Vets in 2010 and enjoys working in a busy environment.
Alison started working as a receptionist in 2013. She enjoys helping and supporting clients and their pets through good and bad times.
Lindsey has been a client of Bicester Vets for a long time and started working here in June 2015.
She enjoys the variety of her job, and is always keen to greet our lovely clients and their pets.
Jackie joined the practice in November 2015 and enjoys interacting with the clients and their pets.
Working full time she is always keen to learn new tasks and meet new clients.
Accounts & Book keeping
Sarah joined Bicester Vets in 2020. Amongst her many duties are payroll, vat and supplier accounts.
HR & Finance
Kath started working at Bicester Vets in 2015 as an Admin assistant. She is enjoying the challenge of her new position as HR & Finance Officer. She is usually your first point of contact for any billing queries.
Support Team Manager
Julie started working here as a receptionist in 2013, the experience she gained on the front desk helped when she changed roles in 2016. She relishes new challenges and enjoys the diversity of her job.
Debbie has worked for Bicester Vets since 2002 and still enjoys the job.
In 2017 Debbie retired from her scheduled hours. Debbie returned in 2018 and now works on an ad hoc basis covering for staff holidays and sickness.
Mia started working here as a full time receptionist in March 2019. Her love of all animals makes this the ideal job.
Mia enjoys meeting all the clients and their various pets and working alongside the vets and nurses.
Maddison joined our admin team in December 2019.
Maddy’s main role is to process client insurance claims.
Candy joined our reception team in December 2019.
Sam joined us in the middle of Covid Lockdown 2020.
Having previously worked as a qualified Veterinary nurse, Sam has found this experience to be invaluable in her new role as a veterinary receptionist.
Bev joined us in August 2020 as a part-time receptionist/administrator.
Bev has been a long standing client of Bicester Vets and was keen to become part of the team.
Replenishing stock is one of Bev’s main tasks along with contacting clients for administrative purposes and covering the telephone on reception.
