Home Visits

Whenever possible, we recommend that your pet is examined at the practice, where we have access to our full range of diagnostic equipment, treatment facilities, and emergency care resources.

This allows us to provide the highest standard of veterinary care. However, if attending the practice is difficult, we may be able to arrange a home visit. Please note that home visits incur an additional charge.

Home visits are not routinely provided as part of our out of hours emergency service but may be provided in exceptional circumstances depending on the status and needs of the patients currently receiving care in the hospital.

As a result, we cannot guarantee the availability of home visits outside of normal opening hours.

We understand that some owners prefer their pet to be euthanised at home.

We will do our best to accommodate these requests during our normal opening hours; however, to ensure we can attend at your preferred time, euthanasia home visits may need to be arranged in advance.
