Jason joined the practice in 1995 and is one of our Directors.
Jason manages a lot of our complex surgical cases and has special interests in cruciate disease and the surgical management of airway disease. He also enjoys cardiology and along with Rachel does a lot of our heart case work-ups. He also enjoys managing the business aspect and has been a huge driver behind all of our renovations in 2025.
Jason has a very dedicated client-base and so often gets booked up quickly!

Director, Veterinary Surgeon, Certificate holder and Advanced practitioner
Cliff is also one of the Directors of Bicester Vets. He joined the practice in 2004 and became a partner in 2009.
Cliff is often involved with our more complex cases, whether they be surgical or medical. He was awarded the RCVS certificate in Veterinary Anaesthesia in 2009 and has since achieved ‘Advanced Practitioner’ status.
Cliff has also developed a special interest in ultrasound scanning as a diagnostic tool and is often drafted in to assist with these cases. He is at the forefront of developing our CT services.
His main interest is in the care and anaesthesia of critically ill patients.
Claire Letts – BVetMed CertAVP(SAM) MRCVS

Director and Veterinary Surgeon, Certificate holder and Advanced practitioner

Claire has been awarded the RCVS certificate in small animal medicine which means she is often our go-to guru for complex medical cases.
Claire, like Cliff is an ‘Advanced Practitioner’ and an invaluable member of our team, especially for our younger vets who she spends a lot of time mentoring.
Kyra Jennings – BVM BVS MRCVS
Director and Veterinary Surgeon
Kyra joined us in 2016 fresh from vet school full of ideas and enthusiasm. Her parents and sister are all vets so she has grown up in a veterinary environment and is a real natural.
She has settled into our busy team really well and became a Director in 2025. Kyra has completed her surgical certificate and she enjoys complex abdominal surgery, BOAS cases and all orthopaedics from more routine patella and cruciate disease cases to fracture repairs.
She also enjoys the challenges of out-of-hours emergency work.
Elaine Springer – BVM&S MRCVS

Veterinary Surgeon
Elaine has been with Bicester Vets since 2001 and is a key part of our team. She has a special interest in endocrinological medical cases such as hyperthyroidism in cats and Cushing’s disease in dogs.
She has been fundamental in researching and designing our investigation and treatment protocols for some of these complex diseases.
Palli Juggins – MRCVS
Veterinary Surgeon
Palli has been with Bicester Vets since 1995 and has one of the most dedicated client followings out of any of our vets!
Palli has a variety of interests but is always our go to for questions about our more unusual patients such as small furries, exotics and chickens.
Throughout her career, she has continued to pursue a keen interest in most aspects of medicine & surgery in companion animals – which of course, has led to her keeping rather a few varieties at home!!
Sarah Cameron – BVSc MRCVS

Veterinary Surgeon
Sarah graduated from the University of Bristol in 2019 and joined Bicester Vets in the summer of the same year. Whilst her main interests are in exotic medicine, cardiology and emergency medicine, she also enjoys the challenges that come with the rest of the job.
Sarah has completed her emergency and critical care certificate, enjoys providing the highest standard of care to the sickest of our patients and helps in training younger vets and our nursing team so we are well prepared in emergencies.
Rachel Marsden – MA VetMB CertVC MRCVS

She is helping to improve the cardiology knowledge of the whole veterinary team which will benefit many of our patients.
Lauren Furey – BVM&S MRCVS
Veterinary Surgeon
Lauren graduated from Edinburgh vet school in 2020 and jumped at the chance to join the team after spending some time training at Bicester Vets during her studies. We, of course, were thrilled to have her!
Lauren loves many aspects of the job but has a keen interest in surgery and has completed her Certificate in Soft Tissue and Orthopaedic Surgery. Her particular area of interest is surgical oncology where she uses techniques such as skin grafts to reconstruct large wounds after tumour removal. The best part is receiving updates on her patients months down the line and hearing how they are getting on.
