Bicester Vets is an independent, well equipped, RCVS accredited Veterinary Hospital with on-site 24-hour care. We are looking for our next entry level, enthusiastic team member to support the nursing team.
The successful applicant would be employed in a full-time Animal Care Assistant role, assisting with animal husbandry and handling, witness veterinary work, cleaning, maintaining supplies and carrying out lab work.
We require candidates to have the following criteria to apply:
* Five A-C grade (4-9) GCSE’s including Maths, English and Science.
* A full driving licence and car/transport.
* Previous animal related experience is beneficial but not essential.
These criteria will enable the successful candidate to progress from Animal Care Assistant to Trainee Veterinary Nurse if a position becomes available within the team.

Hours vary on a shift pattern and include weekend and out of hours work.
